Weighing in
Last Saturday was a good weigh in I wanted to be in the 150's and I did it. It has been years since I got into that range and I am so pleased. Now I have to keep it going, I must maintain a good attitude for me that is essential. This is not a short term thing I am really making life style changes so I can keep the weight off. Ultimately my goal is 140 and I realize it won't be completed during the contest but I will strive to get there.
